Is there really no cost?
+Yes. Listing on Draaft is free with no card and no time limit — your café on the map, your profile, posts, events, push notifications, group partnerships and appearing on routes all cost nothing. It's simply more cyclists discovering you.
What's the paid plan for?
+The optional £14.99/month plan adds up to 5 staff accounts, each with their own login. Digital loyalty stamps, promotions & offers, and analytics are coming soon to the paid plan. No setup fee, cancel anytime.
Do I need any hardware?
+No. Manage everything from any browser at app.draaft.co.uk, or from the café app on a phone you already have. Loyalty (coming soon) uses a rotating QR code your staff scan — no card reader or NFC.
My café is already on the map — how do I claim it?
+Many cafés are pre-listed. Register your interest and we'll send a one-tap invite code linked to your listing so you can claim it and go live.
How long does setup take?
+About 10 minutes. Claim your café with the invite code, add photos and amenities, and you're on the map. Then just leave it running for riders to find.
Do my customers need the app?
+Riders use the free Draaft iOS app to find cafés, follow them, RSVP to events and discover routes. The more riders follow you, the more your posts and events reach.
